DBSA of Virginia provides free weekly mental health support groups.
All groups are led by Peer Support Specialists facilitators who have lived-experience with mental health challenges.
Due to the spread of covid-19 all meetings are being held as Zoom conference calls on the same date and time as our regular meetings. Please call the meeting facilitators before the meeting to get instructions on how to join. Please look through the list of meetings
