The mission of the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance, Virginia Chapter (DBSAVA) is to provide hope, help, and support to improve the lives of people living with mental health challenges. DBSA pursues and accomplishes this mission through peer-based, recovery-oriented, empowering services and resources.
DBSA Virginia Support Groups
DBSA support groups meet virtually and in person weekly. Our groups are run by peers who assist, encourage and empower each other in helping themselves. A DBSA support group is a safe space for people suffering from bipolar, depression or mood disorders to share personal experiences, feelings and strategies for living successfully with these conditions. We look forward to meeting you!
